◎Please remove your shoes when entering tatami floored rooms.
◎Tatami floored rooms will have members of staff lay out the futons.
◎The tea and snacks on the guestroom table are for guests to enjoy free of charge.
◎Items in the refrigerator are charged.
◎Please do not take anything from the room, except the complimentary amenities.
◎Check-in and check-out times are set.
Dos and Don’ts in the spa
Try the Yukata, provided in your room,
before and after using the spa.
If you have long hair, please tie iat before entering the tub.
Keep valuables in the locker.
Please sit down to use the shower and turn off the hot water tap when not in use.
Please towel-dry your body before returning to the changing room.
Please towel-dry your body before leaving the wet room.
Be sure to wash and rinse your body before entering the tub.
Please keep an eye on your child(ren). (No running in the wet room.)
Guests with tattoos and those who are intoxicated with alcohol may not use the spa.
Please do not color your hair or do the laundry in the wet room.
